We deliver as quickly as possible, usually 1-3 days delivery if the goods are in stock.

MosterMoster sends packages with GLS or DAO365 within Denmark or DHL to international destinations. All shipments are insured and Track & Trace information is emailed to the customer.

Shipping times are as usual in Europe 1-3 business days, and outside Europe 3-5 business days. MosterMoster disclaims any responsibility for any delays in connection with customs processes outside the EU.

Shipping costs vary from country to country. The applicable prices will be displayed in the check-out flow when the customer places their order.

MosterMoster reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs to customers who order many kg in the same order.

Yarn can be picked up by appointment at PM Møllers Vej 4, 3460 Birkerød.

Recipes are sent as a pdf file to the email entered when placing an order.

Recipes are for private use only. Recipes may not be marketed, resold, copied or otherwise redistributed.
