Order confirmation

We automatically confirm all orders by email.

An agreement is binding when the order confirmation is accepted by you.

If there are any problems with delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible by email or phone.

When making inquiries, please provide the order number.


Payment

You must be 18 years of age or older to shop at MosterMoster.dk.

At MosterMoster you can use the following payment options:

The payment system meets the security requirements set, approved and certified by payment solutions via Nets.

All prices are in Danish kroner including 25% VAT.

The amount will only be debited from your card when the item is shipped.


Return

According to the Danish Sales Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you received your purchase.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase that you regret your purchase.

You can do this by emailing: info@MosterMoster.dk – remember to include your order number.

If you regret part of your purchase, shipping costs will not be refunded.

You pay for shipping costs for returns and are also liable if the package and its contents are damaged during transport. You have 14 days to return your goods, which is counted from the day you email about canceling the purchase. Remember to attach a copy of the order confirmation or delivery note - this will facilitate the processing.

Uncollected packages at the post office
If you do not pick up your package at the post office by the collection date, it will be returned. We will put the goods back in stock and refund the amount minus a 200 kr fee for shipping and administration.

Moster Moster has no right of withdrawal on recipes or other digitally transferred items.

We reserve the right to cancel items that are out of stock, price changes and printing errors.

Condition of the item upon return

Items that smell of smoke, perfume, cooking odors or soil cannot be returned, as they are worthless and cannot be resold.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
If the item has been tried on beyond this, it is considered used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive a full refund, you may only do the same as you would in a physical store. You may try the item on, but not use it.
Trying out yarn or knitting needles by knitting with them is considered to be using them, and will reduce the value of the item, so no refunds can be given. If the labels or packaging are broken, the item is considered to be used and cannot be returned.

All goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when received, including the original product packaging. Resale of the goods must be possible.

We do not accept packages sent without delivery or sent by cash on delivery.

Right of complaint

According to the Danish Sales Act, MosterMoster gives a 2-year right of complaint.

This includes manufacturing and material defects that are discovered upon receipt of the goods or normal use. We therefore encourage you to be careful to inspect your goods upon receipt. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly resulting from incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about errors and defects that should be discovered during normal examination of the goods must be notified to MosterMoster within a reasonable time. The goods must be returned at the buyer's expense with an invoice and carefully packaged.
