Returns
Under the Purchase Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you received your purchase.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the purchase that you regret your purchase.
You can do this by emailing: info@MosterMoster.dk - remember to include your order number.
If you change your mind your purchase, shipping costs will not be refunded.
You pay the shipping costs for the return and are liable if the package and its contents are damaged during transport. You have 14 days to return your goods, which is counted from the day you email about the cancellation of the purchase. Remember to attach a copy of the order confirmation or delivery note - this will speed up the processing.
Uncollected parcels at the post office
If you do not collect your parcel from the post office by the collection date, it will be returned. We will put the goods back into stock and refund the amount minus a DKK 200 fee for shipping and handling.
At Moster Moster there is no right of withdrawal on patterns or other digitally transferred items.
We reserve the right to make changes due to sold-out items, price changes, and printing errors.
Condition of goods on return
Goods that smell of smoke, perfume, or the like cannot be returned as they are worthless and cannot be resold.
You are liable only for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If the goods have been tried on beyond this, they are considered used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the goods.
To receive the entire purchase price, you may only do the same as you would in a physical shop. You may try the product, but not use it.
Trying on yarn or knitting needles by knitting with it is putting it to use and will depreciate the value of the item, so no refund can be given. If the bands or wrapping are broken, the item is considered to have been used and will not be returned.
All goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when received, including the original product packaging. Resale of the goods must be possible.
We do not accept parcels sent unclaimed or cash on delivery.
Warranty
In accordance with the Purchase Act, MosterMoster provides a 2-year warranty.
This includes manufacturing and material defects found upon receipt of the goods or normal use. We therefore encourage you to inspect your item upon receipt. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorised intervention. Complaints about defects that should be discovered by normal examination of the goods must be notified to MosterMoster within a reasonable time. The goods are returned at the buyer's expense with the invoice and carefully packed.
