We love to knit and grew up with a mother who is also a knitting enthusiast. Dalia’s idea: She wanted to create a knitting universe where high-quality yarn would be sold—and her sister would, of course, be part of this project. MosterMoster’s product line consists of knitting patterns, yarn, and knitting needles.

MosterMoster is not just a company, but also a community of knitting enthusiasts who share a passion for knitting.  

We come from a family where knitting has always played a big role. Both our mother and our aunts have always knitted and crocheted—for us when we were little, later for the grandchildren, and especially for their “Build-a-Bear” teddy bears and dolls, which were the best-dressed in Birkerød 😊 So we learned to knit at an early age and have loved it ever since.

As a result of lockdowns and restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone suddenly had more time at home, and like many others, we had more time to devote to hobby projects and personal interests. Knitting thus became a common interest for us. Together, we’ve spent many hours knitting while chatting, drinking wine, or watching TV shows.  

We decided then that we would combine our passion for knitting and entrepreneurship to create a family business that offers a great knitting experience to potential customers. 

We’ve been so lucky to be so warmly welcomed—and many people have expressed an interest in becoming part of the knitting community at MosterMoster—and there’s room for many, many more!
