The desired wire and pin are screwed together, the wrench is inserted into the small hole at the end of the wire, and while holding the wire with one hand, you turn the wrench with the other. This ensures that the pin and wire are firmly together. When the pin needs to be loosened from the wire, you use the wrench again to free them.
